All Units are Friday to Friday from May to September . After Sept 3, 2026 4 night min on all rentals EXCEPT Beach Rose is Saturday to Saturday check in days an always a 7 night stay
Check in time: 3:00pm Check-out time: 10:00 AM A fee will be charged for late check-outs. Failure to arrive on arrival date will forfeit your deposit and rental.
UNITS: All rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Extra person charge is $25.00 per day/ per person. tax not included. Failure to include additional people could result in additional charges.
Pets: We charge $10.00 per day/ per pet Pets are welcome and allowed off leash in back yard only. We welcome pets to the beach area that are on leashes. They must have updated medical records with you on arrival.
Payments: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover.
A 50% deposit is required for reservations. NO REFUNDS will be given for bookings in the months of July and August. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date your deposit will be refunded minus a $100.00 handling fee. Cancellation received 59 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
